- Project work may begin after the agreed initial payment or confirmation is received.
- Recurring services may require advance payment for the applicable billing period.
- Delayed payments may result in paused work, delayed delivery, or suspension of services.
- Fees already paid for confirmed work, strategy, labour, media planning, content, or third-party costs may be non-refundable.
- Advertising spend, software fees, media costs, publisher fees, and third-party charges are generally non-refundable once committed.
Any refund, credit, or cancellation request will be reviewed based on the signed agreement, work completed, resources allocated, and third-party costs already incurred.

While we use professional methods and data-driven strategies, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, leads, sales, revenue, ad approvals, or search engine placements unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.
